Vörös fonat: Merseyball
Editor, 2020
A book about the science behind the success of Liverpool FC, written by the current authors of the the Hungarian LFC blog Vörös fonat ("The Red Knot") that was started by myself, just a few days before FSG took over the club back in October 2010.
The gig was not only to edit the book but also to create some sort of "organised disorder" as Jürgen Klopp's staff called their approach, as five different authors contributed to the work with styles varying from chapter to chapter.

Liverpool - A mélyből a csúcsra
Consulting Editor, 2019
A rather conventional sportsbook about Liverpool FC returning to the top of European football, but written just better by my former colleague, Daniel Berei with whom we not only share our first name but our birthday, too – the only difference is ten years, but you wouldn't tell (really)!

This book also tells a bit about the few days we spent together on Merseyside when attending the opening game of the 2019/2020 Premier League season - the one that LFC eventually won. It was an unforgettable experience with a bunch of nice people and that itself worth the whole project.

Jose Mourinho - Közelkép
Translator, 2017
Jose Mourinho - Up Close and Personal, a book about the world class football manager, written by Robert Beasley. I have penned the Hungarian version and enjoyed the process even though I was never a fan of Mr. Mourinho's work or any side that he ever managed.

Still, you can learn a few personal stories of the man by reading this book that may bring him closer to the reader showing a rather human side that certainly helps to understand him better.

From this book you may also learn a thing or two about the life of journalists working for tabloid newspapers, as Mr. Beasley, just like any other author would, provided the most information about himself even though he intended to cash in on whatever he had about The Special One.

Phil Taylor: Erőpróba
Consulting Editor of Translation, 2015
Phil 'The Power' Taylor, the King of Darts struggles to Stay In Power. He faces difficulties both in his professional career as well as his private life. New challenges emerged, some of the highest and the lowest points of his personal story, including a number of conflicts and the greatest darts game ever played – all this during the same year.

In this fascinating, honest and funny work Taylor tells about the backstage of darts tournaments and the secrets of his biggest rivals including Michael van Gerwen, Gary Anderson and Raymond van Barneveld as well as the story of a pub game becoming a worldwide business.

Here I had the opportunity to work with friends so making this book always remains a special project for me.
Futballforradalmak | Inverting the Pyramid
Co-Translator, 2014
It was an honour to be the part of the team that created the Hungarian version of the best book that was ever written about football. Jonathan Wilson's Inverting the Pyramid is indeed the very football Bible that should be read by everybody who have ever seen a ball being kicked about.

Jonathan Wilson's a genius at bringing stories, anecdotes and data from the whole history of the game and he doesn't only summarises this collection but also provides a narrative about how different tactics evolved in the past and how the modern game should be observed.
I heard many people saying that their views of football had been transformed by this book and I can only say the same. This book is truly the Magnum opus of the sport.
